if the bot runs the first time and a huge amount of members are inactive or out of the specified thresholds, post a warning to staff members first - because else all members are notified bout a bunch of role changes or kicks and this might bother the rest of the guild.

Auto-assignment of previous roles, if inactive members become active again. Previous roles need to be stored permanently for that. This avoids moderators / admins to re-assign previous roles to active members.

add time zone information to /next_check to recognize exactly in international guilds, when the next inactivity check will run.
